I've had an ITGate TGM220, IPBox 9000HD, DM800 and VU+ Duo.

The VU+ Duo is far and away the best receiver for the price.

I haven't owned a DM8000 and, at the current price, I'm not likely to!

HW blind scan no.Then it needs different hardware...

If You want to catch feeds then better have a real blind scanner...

But such is life.

But anyway it´s good and very well supported sat-receiver.

i was reading this topic for a while and i decided to buy vu+ but cant figured out whats the main diffenerce between solo and duo. and if someone knows wher to buy vu+ from (not online) couse i work on a cruise ship and would love to buy in from a shop onland. one a week i am in north europe (stockholm, oslo, copenhagen) and a few weeks later in mediteranian(barcelona, lisbon, genoa...)...( bilo kakva informacija bi bila dobredojdena)
