I can't recall whether it was my Droi or Sat 4K that showed VIP for the first year after renewing the sub for the first time.
Both were purchased from Germany. After the first year's sub, VIP disappeared.

If not i still suspect its a serial number a mac address thing.

I tried VPN via a router back then when you showed what a sub update site was reporting for your box. Did not change anything for my box it still was not eligible for VIP.

The GTMedia Combo needs no VPN for VIP in Europe.

Just to be clear, buying a new GTMedia Combo and then installing patch software for MARS and running it, then
enables the owner to buy a VIP option and it will work, even if you are based in Europe?

I also still have my first Viark box, the non 4K Viark Sat.
I purchased that from Spain, and it worked well, but I didn't renew the sub as I purchased the Sat 4K.
I did look at renewing the sub a couple of years ago, but its serial number was not recognised by any renewal site.

Sky IT is back today and it works on normal server no need for VIP
So far only worked for receivers that got the 147 server update
(Screenshots from a friend who has Tiger One Billion) [check date on the screenshots]

So it should be coming soon to Viark as well : )

I wonder if Viark will release a new box anytime soon and if 4k sport stuff might be released in the near future with new updates i.e. Sky italia now available

Last S/W Update was August Last year wont be long 'till its a full year without any S/W updates ,
So i would not hold much hope of SKY IT becoming available any time soon on Viark Sat 4K Boxes
and Same can be said about the GT Media V8 UHD it is even worse if i Satellite scan or blind scan channel numbers revert to "0000"
its a real annoying bug and Really GT Media lacks badly in pushing any updates it does nothing whatsoever to encourage me to renew my Mars Sub just so many frustrating bugs with GT Media V8 UHD which should have been fixed but just wont ....

V8 UHD was last updated in Feb this year.

Try turning off LCN option in the settings and then channels numbers might be normal again

Just wait.
Viark gets updates just a little slower than others sometimes
