My location is in Georgia, very close to the eastern coast of the Black Sea. Today I tried to align the antenna well and I received only 17% signal on 12130 MHz and 12169 MHz. The signal is so weak that no channels come up when scanning.
Antenna: 110 cm; LNB: Inverto Ultra 70dB gain.

Your dish size is small, please install a larger dish to receive the signal well.

Yes, I know that. I was just wondering what results I would get on such a small diameter antenna.
Since 2008, this antenna has been pointing at 13 degrees. After the Greek Nova and Bulgarian Vivacom were placed on the southeast beam, their signal was lost.
I tried to get at least some signal level from the two providers mentioned above by precisely adjusting the antenna.
My location is 1150 kilometers east of the Bulgarian city of Varna, on the other side of the Black Sea.
Yesterday on the satfinder the signal level was only 17% on the Greek Nova, on the Bulgarian Vivacom it was 0 at all. Yesterday it rained, today it is partly cloudy. I will try to adjust the antenna again in a while, maybe I will gain a little signal level. If I do not get the desired result, an antenna with such a long service life will have to leave the Hotbird :)

I am in eastern Libya and I have a 174 cm clear dish and the signal of Nova channels and Greek cosmote channels as well as the Bulgarian package on Hot Bird satellite, the signal is 92%. 94%
Try a larger dish and give us your results...

Knowing that the distance between my place of residence and central Bulgaria is 1180 km

I don't have an antenna with a diameter larger than 110 centimeters, now they arn't sold in my homeland, but there are villages in the regions where people have antennas that they don't use, because Internet providers also offer IP television and mostly the masses have switched to it. I found someone who has a 150 cm diameter antenna and he said he would sell it to me for a pittance :)

In order not to get too off-topic, I'll write that I tried my best to gain reception level on a 110 cm antenna, but to no avail. The Greek Nova frequencies come with a very weak signal on the southeast beam, so weak that it is impossible to lock them, the Bulgarian Vivacom frequencies are completely dead. As it turns out, the southeast beam is stretched from north to south and narrows from east to west.
So, my antenna left Hotbird and moved to Eutelsat 9E, where the Greek Cosmote is. I set the multifeed to 1,9E and received the Bulgarian Neosat. I replaced Nova and Vivacom with their competitors :)

After new year I'll try to catch southeast beam with my "new" antenna.

This is what we do here in Libya and in the Arab countries as well.. When we want a large dish of 220 or 240 cm, we buy it used from a house or a friend who does not use it.. But 130, 150 and 160 cm dishes are available in new satellite shops.. But large dishes must be bought used because they are not available new as I mentioned to you..

As for the Southern Europe package that broadcasts the Bulgarian and Greek packages on Hot Bird, fortunately the signal in eastern Libya is very, very high, reaching 94% and completely stable due to our proximity to the Greek border compared to other countries.

We hope that you find a large dish and try it and give us your results after trying it.. We are waiting for you.

As for the IP, it is available for free in the receivers that we buy, such as Tiger, Star Sat, Media Star and many others, which provide IP for up to 10 years for free, but we do not care about it due to the availability of many satellite channels
