He is right, Nova did switch to the same beam as Vivacom

I had 13db on 11804/11938/12130/12169 nova/cosmote frequency but today in the morning 0 signal

Location: West of Morocco

Btw I think we can talk about Nova here, as it is owned by United Group the same owns Vivacom

If the signal package
Vivacom is OK.......
Nova is also ok now...

Most of the Middle East countries have (0) signal...

Thanks for making a new topic specific to Nova

👍

Seems like most packages lately are implementing new tighter beams to make it impossible to get their signal elsewhere probably to prevent piracy? Which i understand but still unfortunate.

No problems @manic01 @maumixio
posts are all moved to new Topic now since Vivacom is no longer of interest unless your lucky enough to be in a location directly under the tight beam which now includes Nova GR and Cosmote which obviously you are very close to the beam , many of us are sadly not so privileged sadly

For me NW Eire i also see ( 0% ) Signal now on Nova/Cosmote other than just a small handful of channels .

I wouldn't be surprised if the new Astra 1P as well will have tighter beams in the near future for Sky DE or Movistar or Canal+ France

It's not looking good 😅

"Small handful of channels"
If by that you mean 11823 H , then yes its still working because its still on the wide beam. Probably by tomorrow it will follow the others.

i am quite surprised Sky IT have not done so too ....since they are even more Paranoid about piracy than Vivacom/Cosmote and NovaGR

Location Türkiye Istanbul Nova comes as a full package, just like Vivacom transponders, all in full quality...

Because you're near Greece/Bulgaria, of course you will receive it. You won't feel any difference. On contrary, signal will probably get stronger for you.

Doesn’t it exist a footprint image of this southern east beam…?
No official footprint release for the beam, but this is the closest one to the actual beam
[ it probably got wider than the picture because people from North East Algeria, Tunisia & Libya get strong signals on Nova/Vivacom south east eu 13E frequencies ]
