Sunday was really nice.

I updated two Macs (from MacOS X Lion to Snow Lion).
Plus I shot my windows 7 by deleting a registry entry. Windows 7 then always crashed with bluescreen before the desktop appeared.

But no prob - only unnecessarily time consuming (should have been more careful when editing registry - my fault).
Restored an Acronis 2011 Backup of my Win7 system (made it before registry editing) with an emergency-boot-cd. Win7 started again.

Edited registry again (necessary for clean install of new Acronis Backup 2013). This time all ok. Made new backup with new/updated backup program.

But whole sunday spoiled.

Who knows how bad my sunday may have become without your wishing us all a nice sunday, ig0r?

May be I would have forgotten to backup my system, or emergency-boot-cd wouldn´t have booted ... ?
So perhaps you saved my live?

I still must do - was too lazy during hot days and only cleaned dirty spots here and there, that obviously needed it.
Even have to wash my curtains. Washing is not so difficult - but hanging up curtains again, I don´t like.
