BISS Key AU function does not work with PT 1.18 .
you likely need to manually input Biss key instead .

How to enter Biss Keys on the Viark.

Tune in a Biss feed & leave it on the channel,
Go to keys menu (F1 OR INFO 147 on remote).
In the Biss Keys section press the Red "Add" button - scroll right to just under where it says "Key" & enter the 16 digit key - scroll down to "OK" & press OK on the remote, next enter the Frequency & Symbol Rate at the bottom - eg: 12735 7200, (There's no way to enter the H or V Polarity but it won't matter), then scroll down again to "OK" & press OK on the remote, check that the Keys & Frequency are correct & exit out, change to another channel and then back again.

Still can’t get working though, so if a key says CW: at the beginning, is that still a BISS key?

It’s like it’s still adding the wrong auto is key as I see it adds again in the key menu

And it’s clearing, not sure what I did but just appeared , thanks guys

should try before event starts to practice adding BISS Keys instead of trying during event
That way next time you might be better prepared but very unlikely .LOL's
we are overdue an update to Fix BISS AU but it has not been resolved since PT 1.13 i believe : )

Clear the keys, it works ok

But likely should have started by clearing keys as all are mostly duplicated or dead keys anyhow .

Yea thanks guys, all noted and will be more prepared next time, but managed to watch the boxing g without fear of the Iptv stream stopping just before the main event so very happy

It has been possible for a year already .
The above update message does not concern the Viark Box at least not at this time anyhow .

On mango site my default favourite categories are double for some reason and they can't be deleted. I sent a message to mango and nobody answered. Do you know any solution from the PT firmware menu ?

NOBODY Has Any Clues so unlikely you will find any valid answers Support has halted since last year with both Virak and GT
it would be interesting if they could fix BISS AU and some other bugs but PT 1.19 seems a million miles away at this moment in time for whatever reason .

Barney, are you saying that auto-Biss is not working on Viark Sat 4K with PT1.18?

My viark sat hd gives biss update ok message but with incorrect key displayed it hasn't worked well for me for a while now.it can find correct key later and sometimes after finding it then reverts back to incorrect key.never had issue with older firmware.last update was october 2023

Delete all keys in biss. Then try again
