S/W Updates :D

but apart from that BISS AU works now perfectly on my Starsat with the new S/W Update which i think it a major bonus (y)
Biss AU is working on the 4k if you delete all the keys .

So basically the Starsat does nothing better than the Viarks despite its update.

Thanks for clearing that up (y)

i do'nt have Starsat UHD box to test out the UHD or iCAM

145 is for beIN 7W for VIP users

Because beIN stopped for more than 2 weeks now because of issues of security, now that the upgrade is back the package is back with it.

Had a pop-up message appear on screen earlier, giving a warning about streaming sharing (I think, I didn't get a chance to read it all) and that the receiver would turn off within a few seconds. I'm not doing any such thing BTW. I switched it back on and all seems okay at the moment. Anyone else experience this?

No. Had the box serial number pop up on several occasions, but no actual warnings.

Yep.If you keep the box on one channel for a period of time ( I think it’s 8 hours but I could be wrong) you will get the message that you did.I believe if you get this message three times ( again could be wrong ) they ban your box/ serial number.Best thing to do is menu/times/apd setting and set it to 4 hours so the box will automatically power down after this time.Of course you can just change channel and return to the channel you are on and the ‘period of time’ resets to zero.

Many thanks, I had indeed been watching the same channel for around 8 hours.
