Ive got completely the same problem and the dm800se clone is brand new...

same problem here but just to make it even more strange

when i want to flash the box i press the litle black button on the back of the box and it give's me the no-ca found in bios

just thought lets do something else
power up and press the power button on the front
and like magic all works like it should

so i dont know how parkster try to flash but i thought i should post it here for others

for me it suggest its some kind of hardware faillure
