And I have checked the lyngsat packages of showtime and orbit, the channels which i am getting are all from showtime, i am not getting anything from orbit, because, tcm, bloomberg and animal planet are both broadcasting in showtime and orbit.

Hello,
I think your satellite dish pointing only to 7w. you have to adjust the dish to get both 8w and 7w at same time
