when i use this one (meoboot) it crashes and reboots enimga2 all the time.
so this is no succes so far

flashed it through webinterface and it works!
going through some settings now, looks great so far!

Thats because the image is more recent than the image in your flash. Also EDG state their image is for Flash only not multiboot :thum:

Hi to you all,
i have a clone DM800 sim2.01 #76. I tried to flash with different patched images for sim2.01 #76 with internet explorer (firefox and google chrome) when i push the ugrade button nothing happens. I know how to do the process with my old DM7020. The DM800 came with the Gemini preinstalled and want to use a black hole on it.
Please assist

Note that i can do the job with dream up and serial cable (null modem) but i am not familiar with this machine. What version of dream up shall i use?

Use the latest DreamUP

Latest Firefox has a bug and will not let you flash via browser but i have used IE with no issues.

hi ferret hi all, im annoyed with this 800hd clone, i put already patched domica image sim2 ssl84 and it wend ok with dream up for 1 hour though as i can t use web browser for some reasons , i tried to put different image and it got up to reading from box memory on dream up and stayed for long the i had to disconnect it, now when i try again theres no communication from the box. i press connect plug dm800hd and nothing happens is the box gone? is it jtag time? plz help

Do not think it gone mate

Use the patched Dreamup enforcer.

Youll need to use both null moden and ethernet cable from your router.

Tick Use Network
In the remote box choose a IP within your routers dhcp table then prees coonect and at the prompt power up the 800.

It should state your in HTTP mode and you should see the IP you used on the 800s display.

If you do enter the IP into your browser and flash a suitable clone image

You can mate as long as your sim is sim2.1

thanks ferret, good point sgdm888, and sorry as i was annoyed and was left out for 3 days with no tv and no box trying to put image and fix cccam probs, domica image is a good image but quite difficult when it comes to cccam issues, any way here s my update: box is flashed by web browser, i had to wait for box to fully load then only i put thye ip of the box on IE and it connects to box but no firmware link, the idea is to be fast, once stop appears on lcd imeediatly i have to put ip then it works, all sorted now with new image. thanks ferret again , you re helpful!!!

after getting it flashed by web with merlin 3 , enigma2 mdraj57-2.3 the setup of service seraching says empty tuner A nothing what does that mean? : Adetected nims
