The strange biss key loosing does continue today with tennis feed.
I really do not understand the reason. Changing channel or just changing the audio track means that the key is immediately lost, and the box must rescan (and find it again in less than two minutes). Any idea? Thanks.

Can’t say I’ve ever had that issue just backup your channel list and do a factory reset to see if that clears up your issue
Could it just be that each audio track has its own key?

mmmhh... don't think so.
Yes a factory reset could be a good test. Maybe tomorrow, I'm watching tennis now.

Sorry but I did not test yet.
Tuning the feed my Viark finds the key on itself, so I'm happy for now, at least until tomorrow when tennis and Formula 1 will be finished.
After that, I must perform a factory reset, also hoping to solve the crashes that occur at every firmware update.

Something strange happened today whilst watching City V Liverpool on my Viark Sat 4K.
At the 55th minute, my box serial number appeared top centre of the screen in very small text.
It was there for approximately 45 seconds.
In the nearly four years I have had this box, I have never seen this happen before.
I wonder what was happening?

Finally, this morning I was forced to reset due to a new crash that occurred as I switched the box on. The usual boot looping.
So I loaded the official firmware via USB named update.bin, then factory reset, and then I was able to load 1.18 from the USB drive without additional crashes.
Then reset again, and finally I loaded my channel list.
Hoping this solved the problem, we will see.
However, biss key loosing in tennis feed is there again.
The receiver finds the key, so autobiss perfectly works, but as soon as I change channel or just audio track the key is lost.
I don't understand why the key does not appear in the list in key menu?
Entering in the key menu, the last key in the list would be the actual one with transponder parameters, so a manual key update would be possible. But this feed does not appear.... I don't know why. Thanks.
