Eurosport 2 not opening on the Viark on 28 East.
I know that Eurosport channels are closing soon on Astra2, but the chinese shouldn't block channels before they close.

I know we can't use an HDMI splitter (if we wish to retain a subscription that is), but has anyone had issues with using an HDMI switcher?

would you risk loosing your sub ??
i am almost certain Admin @Ferret did mention some time ago that either himself or a friend of his lost his Sub or had it voided
they did luckily restore his sub later however but he was simply using HDMI Splitter , i know they actively hunt for users abusing subs
at least one or two other members that have posted on this topic have had their sub either greatly reduced or stopped
it is really not a game they do take it very serious and also claim to bann users even suspected of abusing subs or so their Tele Gram page has very often mentioned so many times .

I've never used a splitter mate or HDMI switch, your thinking of the time a 4K firmware update wiped out subs.

That is correct indeed i am not entirely sure if that still is the case i fear that it would not be good idea to risk it .
i believe it was @archiesat that had his sub either reduced or voided correct me if i am wrong ?

I use my GTMedia V8 UHD, Qviart Dual 4K and Viark Sat 4K all on an hdmi switch.

No issues with the V8, at some point last year my Viark did loose it's SP2 for a few days, but it was sorted out in the end (no idea if it had anything to do with the hdmi switch, but many other boxes had a similar issue at the same time).

The Dual, again no issues with the sub, but every couple of months it decides that it doesn't like the hdmi switch anymore and I get no signal on the android side, and have to use a different hdmi switch before it will work again.

Then a few months later it will do the same again, but I can usually swap back to the original hdmi switch (it's a pain in the arse, but not the end of the world).

No not me thankfully lol but i do use power hdmi splitter at my own risk.i have used it all my receivers that have active sub in past with viark gt media and starsat.i currently only been using in a gt media x8 with mars. my starsat gt media uhd and viark have long subs left were as my gt media x8 was only 3 month at a time so i use it in this manner just incase.i do get alot of the water mark on screen maybe because i have many boxes on same ip but this only local in home rf scart out etc not streaming outside.

using a sky hybrid 2x2 l.n.b with a standard sky dish (45cm) with a viark 4k sat isn't easy to get all channels on 28dec east, but i did manage it, as a sky lnb didn't find all the channels with the setting universal so I found out the only way that worked for me,i set the low frequency to 0975 on a viark 4k and do a blind scan, i found it was the only way that worked for me it then picked up 580 tv channels and about 15 radio channels,ive no doubt that others on here found it worked with the setting universal l.n.b

Hi,
Am I right that NovaSport Greece is only available in european countries like Spain, Germany, France etc but not in UK ??
