hello team I no longer receive a video signal from my viark 4k I received my 4k tv yesterday and I changed the video signal of the viark from 720 to 4k** and nothing more and the worst I can't see anything to change the signal any idea where I should reflash, but I wouldn't see anything to perform the operation thank you

At what point t did you change the signal on the old or new TV

I accidentally changed my resolution to scart and had to use a scart cable to view a signal , and change back . But yours is the opposite don't see why changing to 4k on a 4tv wouldn't receive output.

I think it's been mentioned before in this thread , I'm sure there's a solution

Did you use an HDMI 2.0 (4K capable) cable when you connected to the new TV ?

If not, that is more than likely the reason for no signal.

Anyway press the display button on the Viark remote, then press up 2 times, and then press OK. then press Left and OK again.

This should change the resolution to 1080p and atleast get you a picture back on the screen.

Please do not post links to other sites especially site connected to sky. You could have simply posted the answer you found here on the forum for all members to view.
The simple answer from the link you sent was yes you can use your sky glass tv.

who is using the exclamation marks ??
like i said answer was always gonna be Yes which should be obvious since as i said you are using HDMI Port on the TV .

just wondering on a viark sat 4k can this be used with CCcam or any other cam emulater,if so where dose the file go?if so can this recover decode multi encryptions nds,conax,irdeto,Viaccess,nagravision or just nds,i know it has a conax card reader, but with multi CCcam lines I just wondered if its capable of decoding multi encryptions with CCcam

Yes it can decrypt multiple encryptions as it already does this via the forever server connection. You can add you own server line but it is not advised because once you do this it can possibley be shared without your knowledge.

Arrived this afternoon.......decided to buy a second Viark Sat 4K as the server date on my Geant OTT 750 was due to expire.
Yes a more expensive route but am well satisfied with the first Viark, all features run well including the DiSEqC 1.2 motor control.
Smooth install of the 1.21 .bin update file, after reboot channels clearing! 👍
Attached shows 3 year coverage period.........serial number changed obviously. 😮
