This is not a much compliant TS,it only have video and audio pid.
It also needs to have PAT and PMT to be a compliant TS.
You can say this is an MPEG file.

I also found out the latest PTV TS that was posted is wrong and keys cannot be found.
You can try that key 9C.... and it doesn;t open it.

You have to make sure the TS files are correct,or no keys will ever be found.

For this file is ok,

you can test the lastest key and it will find it,the key starts with C9 not 9C.
The TS File which I put not recorded by myself as I don't receive the channel..
You're right ,As I was analyzing it,I found not PMT,PAT,nor...but I see it accepts the VPID value without an error.
I hope one can record a new ts file by DVB CARD to be sure.

Problem is you are not posting a TS file,and this thread is for only that.
