TRT 1 channel 3A East not open?

TRT 1 channel 3A East frequencies 11096 H 30000 with known Biss key is not open Please help.

11919 V 24444 or 24440 are both correct m8, depends on sensitivity of tuner, if you look at:

King of Sat
Lyngsat
Flysat
Sat-Hint

and other frequency listing websites you will also see this, although one of the S/R's may be advertised officially at channel/package websites

Because as already stated when encrypted TRT HD no longer uses Biss, uses N*D*S/Videoguard now. So Biss keys (as already stated) only work on TRT 1, TRT Haber (aka TRT 2) & TRT 3 - SD. And TRT channels only encrypt (or opt out of regular schedule, hence more than one freq) for copyright reasons eg F1, Football.
