They had problems with the VIA 3 encryption because of Hacks this week, and very shortly they are going to switch to VIA 4 encryption, thats a means a new card swap.

i buy it a card for 12 channels(sex view) after some time the package downgrade it to 8.. after that the change the transpoder some months later the change again the transponder and also for over 1 month they broadcasting NOTHING only test cards.... and now this...

i am not a stupid customer ... never again.. never !!!!

starting from a couple of days ago all ThemeX channels have left 13°E.

Oh what a mess again. This kind of customer service pisses me off totally. Howcome it's so difficult to keep customers posted if there is techical problems. I wish this company disappears for ever from this market and this fraud they are doing will finally end soon.

Yes it is true that sexview now, ThemeX happens to piss off customers cause every now and than they change the frequency or stops transmitting for a while than they came back. Now it has disappeared again.These are original cards and they just loose the creditability.It is like Al Jazeera Sports cards which a lot of people buys it for football now they have just made a very big mistake and they are about to loose a lot of customers. beside the upgrade they raised the price with another 100 Euros for adding the World Cup and which this football one can watch it Free to air on German channels even on HD is free. I really can`t understand how they think because customers are not stupid.
