OTA to 1.09 available on your box which seems to be a bit improved over the initial release but some of the mentioned bugs remain.

I've found that HDR is working, timer and manual recording works, screen resolution selection remains as selected and in File Manager delete move, rename etc now works

BUGS: Sound selection always reverts to PCM, time on EPG PRO different, channel swap doesn't work and channel move will work but you need to delete number in box first.

Dedicated media player so you don't have to go looking for the recordings in file manager and an improved EPG would be nice

There's bound to be more other users will find so try it and list them here (y)

🔥 Also if you want to greatly improve the speed at which the GUI works try the following.

In Developer options and Under Drawing set Window, Transition and Animator scale to off or minimum .5

if you don't have Developer options after updating to 1.09 and factory reset got to Settings, Preferences, Applications, All, Settings, Open, Accessibility, Remove Animations

Not sure why but after running the OTA 1.09 for the last 2 weeks it's decided to revert the resolution to 3840x2160 50hz every time (n)

I tried to record something last weekend so set the timer in the morning and left the receiver on but came home that evening to the receiver in standby and no recording (n) there must be some kind of APD set in the firmware that you can't disable. (n)

Worked it out, If I have my resolution set to 4096x2160 50Hz and put the TV into standby then back on the resolution changes to 3840x2160 60Hz every time (n)
To prevent this from happening I have found that if I power off the receiver first and power the receiver on before the TV, the resolution is always 4096x2160.
Unfortunately this doesn't prevent digital sound RAW reverting to PCM.
