The write-up for v 2.0 says:
Sometimes providers stop sending EMMs. In this case, you can log raw ECMs (at least 9 MB) and then BF them to find the working ECM-Key.
ECMs unlike the EMMs (targeting limited customers/UAs) are infinite. So if you wait more, you can collect more patterns.
I have such a channel, so I recorded a 4gig .ts file with my gsky v7 receiver.
demuxtoylite shows the ecm pids as 1771,1772,1773,1774,17d3
but when I open the file in powervu home edition tools tab and use the pid 90 default,naturally the program finds no pid 90 but lists all the others.
The previous mentioned pids aren't even in the list.So I have to guess at what pids to use and I keep choosing poorly because the program crashes with "index out of bounds" error.
Anybody actually get the program to work analyzing ECM's instead of EMM"s and how do you find the ecm pids in a .ts file?
using v2.11 btw

Open your .ts file with TSReader (Hold the ctrl key at its startup and choose transport stream file to loop source). It will show you what are these PIDs exactly and which one contains PowerVU ECMs.
