You can use EVR custom video render to have better picture quality.

yes its set to 1 look here

but I also noticed that I have a powervu.ini file in Devices and in the plugins folder Av0 there is another there is also another in vModles and another in CSA so I have at least 4 powervu.ini files and 4 PowerVu.mdl files in different folders

No need for new PROV_17=BWTV because its the same everything at PROV_13=BWTV so you can just edit the line

just 1 powervu.ini here and works for me.. no need for the others !!

I think the reason why you had 4 files each becasue members here were testing once these files released and once the work the didn't know how did it happened so they just left them like that

as I described my friend Brummie in my post 340

just one each necessary only and they should be like this

according to your altDVB is installed in your drive (C)

so the files only need to be here

CSA.dll here
C:\AltDvb\Devices\CSA.dll

PowerVU.ini here
C:\AltDvb

PowerVu.mdl here
C:\AltDvb\Plugins\Av0\vPlug\vModules

and you can test it and realized that I was right ;)

try my folder and all will be solved

only you should edit the path of CSA.dll location inside the file PowerVU.ini after you put them in your drive (C) and all will be solved because mine was put it drive (E)

I have done exactly as you list above but get freeze after 1 second. I copied the files/folders from the download file into the DVB Viewer folder

Would you please upload a picture of your DVB Viewer folder and the MDPlugins folder and the Plugins folder?

I must be near to getting good pictures as it clears for one second then freezes, some file or setting is not good?

you have What OS?

i have win7 64x

As you freeze after 1 second At DVBViewer

i think maybe problem OS but for other player : ALTDVB good work and no freeze

Damm think before asking questions :)

NOT POSSIBLE! ON ANY DREAMBOX OR VU+ the core is to slow!
U need a external solution to decrypt the DES like FPGA on USB.

DES takes to much clock cycles to work stable with powerVU.
