My technician just told me the tuner is faulty.Unfortunately I dont know where to get another one to replace it.Any help?

the warranty is 2 years minimun at least.
the 18 volts power seems to be "out of order"
if the tecnician could test the condensors on your power-board
the condensors can not be bombed..head must be plane.
else,go back to your seller (where you buy your receiver)
i can give you the adress only for Belgium.

thanks for your concern.Really appreciate it.The problem is i ordered it from china and am in Africa.I discussed with the supplier and they want me to send it back for exchange or something.the problem is the cost involved will put me off.If only I could get the tuner to buy.That will solve it.

i knew it would be very difficult to exchange....
it is to beleive that the tuner is out
test 13/18 volts at the input aerial if not good
test 18 volts regulator(stabilisator)
test condensor(condensator)
reset to manufacturer (fabrik) original settings
what did you do when it worked wrong ??????
ask china to send only the tuner !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(coast will be lower)
no grossery in town to get it under warranty

After loading FFTeam's firmware,is there any possibillity to get the original X7 series welcome screen and menu?

Thx, i tried it but still... it has 8 timers only... i know the globo version has 16 timers (at least amstar which i saw in action) but of course it's new remote version only.

hi!
isnt it similar to ALI3602_06000200_amstar_truman_HD_X7_1.4.24_MOD.rar which i tried and has 8 timers? where to get it?

problem solved... i discovered 1.4.15 amstar mcas from globo supports both types of pilots. i was 100% sure it won't work cause originally i bought it with what it's called 'new remote'. thx guys for trying find a sollution.
