I have a receiver metabox 10. My problem is that while I can receive almost all V signals I receive only a few H ones. Voltages from smps and my dish installation are OK. I tried also the signal problem removing softwares but the outcome is same.
What could be the problem?

did you check the LNB?
had the same problem with my LNB some weeks ago, i change it and now everything is Ok, maybe it's just that.

Yes, the LNB seems to be working perfect as I checked it with other receivers. It looks like a problem with the tuner but I am not soprofessional to prove it.

Still need some other advises that I can check with myself before proceeding to any self arrogant action.

Try with original firmware for that after install dreamsoft or metadream new one install from begin hope you will have success with that

I tried your advise but still suffering from the same problem again.

Only thing else you can do by yourselve is to check the signal with an other reciever,a friends perhaps?
Although I'm quite certain that its the tuner,also.
