Thanks Friend, but I am no been able to understand the messange in you post and the map. I could not read the map. Actually I have instanlled my dish to Hellas sat and Astra 19 E, but at both I could not get all frequenccies, only some frequencies there is signal the rest are blank, that's why I asked to have the actual position whether in KSA the sats are available or not.

So removing provider 0001 means that they exchanged cards or are they using still same ones?
