Latest Barry allen for dm800 clone

Sorry. I would like try the DM800clone ICVS img. incl. 84ssl from 2011-09-11, but the repeating test of download, ended with no success. Maybe, it was mystake of mine.
I´ve loader 82, sim 2.01and dm800hd clone, of course.

There is no clone ssl84 image available as yet clone ssl84 is only available on 800se

Wanna to try BA 5.2.8 with ssl84 for dm800. I hope the new ssl84 release soon as possible.

Look on the TSpanel and find sim2barryallen and install from there

Is capable of running images in USB regardless of the kernel version of your flash image been different tried it myself last night.

Never found a working Meoboot myself on later images as you say it wont let you format and reports it needs blackhole or something.

There are a couple of modified version you could try.

Hi there,
thanx for all the great info. I think I managed to install BA to the USB of my DM800SE genuine.
The image I use is iCVS-Image-dm800se-20110906123423 with Gemini Plug Ins.
BA is taken from here
enigma2-plugin-extensions-sim2barryallen_3.0_mipsel.ipk

I see that the mountpoint for the USB is /media/ba and the BA files are there - so I have succeeded no?

On another hand I can see that the /MB_Images are created on /media/hdd/MB_Images

Is that normal? To have the images on the HDD and BA on the USB?
I guess itis pretty normal considering that the USB is only 4 GB but still is that ok that the MB_Images are on the HDD? Should I take a larger
USB stick or that is the way it should be?

PS. I have the HDD mounted on /dev/sda and the USB on /dev/sdd
I get the following text in telnet during installation:

Barry Allen will be on device /dev/sdd1 !
Erasing Barry Allen device ...
Making empty ext3 Filesystem ...
Configuring enigma2-plugin-extensions-sim2barryallen
Integrating Barry Allen into Flash Image
/MB_Images will be created on /media/hdd/MB_Images
.......

can we backup ssl#84a latest images for 800se with BA 5.2.7 or it will not do the job ? just wanan be sure or give it a try !, i already installed & extracted some ssl#84a images on usb using my current BA 5.2.7 & it boots & works ok ( of course after already i have flashed my internal flash only with SSL#84a )

Sim2barryallen v3.0 cannot stay.
I have a Merlin-2-dm800 in flash.Before I installed sim2barryallen ,I was using Barryallen v5.27. I installed sim2barryallen v3.0 by telnet with the following command:
Opkg install -force-overwrite /tmp sime2barryallen.......
Everything went without any error messages.After restarting the dreambox, I could still find the barryallen in the Plugin list. I opened it and I could see list of my installed images and then I rebooted my dreambox in order to try using other images installed in the usb,but the usual barryallen boot menu did not appear.My dreambox only started the image in the flash,and barryallen disappeared from the plugin list.
