I'm using a TBS 6522 to lock that transponder, but it's not working.

Card must supported ShortFrameRate and ACM/VCM

In January 2023, ShortFrameRate tests were also conducted on HotBird, and most receivers could not process this signal.
Receivers that use M88RS6060 without problems, all the mods that the operator tried here
Receivers that use AVL6261C without problems even after the FW update for the tuner
Receivers that use BCM45308X only some mods in ShortMode mode
Receivers that use Si216x no support, during the whole test they did not know the transponder was locked (no LOCK )

@EnoSat can you recommend me which TBS usb card would be the best solution to pair it with a Vu+ Duo 4K (OpenATV) that can cover all the lacks of the receiver tuner (for example, for the Icelandic channels)?
