is there any way to open the Equidia PRO channel on Hotbord 13E?

Ive been struggling to find any usefull info on this

thanks, i can clear Equidia Live/Life on 19E but i think this is Seca.

Are official cards hard to get for the 13E Equidia PRO package?
I think they use some new MPEG4 VIAACESS CAM
