DM 500S/Irdeto

hi members,


Pls i have dream box 500s with CCcam2.2.1 and want to use irdeto card to watch Dstv West Africa. All efforts to make the card work failed. Can anyone please, tell me what i should do to make the receiver accept the card? Thanks in anticipation, pls

Irdeto 2 may not be possible with cccam although i think Scam will work for you.

I have seen the threat posted by you, but its not the total solution to my porblem. Like I said earlier, am using irdeto card for multi choice Africa W4 KU Band and need to use it with DM500S which failed to accept the card, while it accept both Starsat 5300 USB and Strong receiver 4661 perfectly. What should I do then

If your card is Irdeto2 Which i think it is i have not read anyone getting this working with CCcam in the internal Dreambox reader.

Some versions of newcs can read your card and pass on the info to CCcam. Scam will also read the card.

The latest scam version of EMU should work. As for new-cs i dont remember the version number but remember a member confirming it.

Still dont worry much. Where do i get the EMU version? I realy want to use the dream as for long i have been looking for this solution.
