Now I understand what it's channel, but now, at this time{18:19}, Impact TV is FTA;the icon looks like coded but it's not!

I don't know what are the reasons you are not able to decrypt the file.I use DVBDream player to record .ts files.I will try to record with other players and than do a format conversion.

Records in ProgDVB is * mpg format!It can't be configured in. ts file.If you like, I can upload a file in this format, * mpg!

The first TS file you posted was corrupted and no key could be found.
You MUST make sure the TS file is perfect to search keys,otherwise people will waste months finding a key.

In Windows 7,ProgDVB does not allow registration. ts file, as I said above.That's why I switched to XP that has this possibility.Allow multiple codecs, which could not be on the W 7.Registration takes more than 5 seconds than DVBDream, namely about 10 minutes to get 5mb and archived reach 13.k.This file is in.ts.

has some probelms in his PC.He tries to mend it now.

12631 V
DVB-S2/8PSK 30000 3/4 Abertis Telecom
HSA-67.1 - HSA-67.2 - HSA-67.3 -w- BISS

Can we expect something from these transponders or are they special?

this transponders are for the spanish dtt chanels and only can open this with a especial decoder brand televes and prize with installation about 400 euros.
This chanels are only for the people that can¨t see the chanels with the terrestial installation.

Yeah I know that the transponders are the Spanish DTT channels and you need a receiver to open these channels by satellite, the French TNT is also on Astra and you need a special receiver, but we have keys to watch the channels. So, the format of the transponders in Hispasat crypted with Biss, do they allow to record a TS file and try Brute Force to find keys?

it`s very dificult because this is a profesioanl signal same as powervu and only can see with the televes receiver,if you can capture a ts file i heelp to you.
