I waited several hours to start working , but in vain . starting indicator stays on and ON . I tried to connect to com port but not connected .. ! a man might help you out? Thank you .

Hot Bird, 13E
12188 V 27500, 12265 V 27500 and 12284 H 27500.
Audio works and the video does not work.
Can you suggest how to solve this problem?
Or, if you have the opportunity to fix the problem in a new software please.

Yes, in AmikoHD 8260+ with new firmware you can put (load) mcaskey.bin via USB. (Menu/Conditional Access/Key Edit and load mcaskey). Work with Viaccess, Irdeto, VGD, PowerVu, BISS keys. Second, you can insert keys manually.
