Yes File was posted already in correct topic => Viark Sat 4K PT 1.16
I always believed that the Viark boxes used the same server / servers for auto Biss.
I found out this morning that they don't. I tuned into the Man City pre-season friendly on 7E.
My Viark Droi box found the key very quickly. My Viark Sat 4K was still searching for the key even after half-time. I did check other biss encrypted feeds and the keys were found.

I got darts key on viark sat last night, @butchyboy Viarksat 4k never found it had to enter manually

Yes my old non Supported Starsat2000 HD Hyper is very active to fine BISS Keys and finds CW Key just about 100% of the time unless signal is weak with some freq's above 12000Mhz which at times fails to even get a signal lock
where my Viark Sat 4k will always just sit with the message "updating keys please wait".....
very seldom is the Viark Sat 4k any use at all for BISS AU
i guess its only to be expected since Viark Sat 4k always connects to a very unreliable Server which i highly suspect is more often offline than it is online , nothing new there then ........

today after reading this thread i decided to scan 7e for some biss feeds to see if my viark 4k would look for biss keys auto, after the blind search it just went on boot loop with a UIA then back to boot and repeats,
ive tryed to update the software again to no avail, i had all sats working on it uk,it,de as well as other sats, it just wont read the usb thats been formatted fat32 and latest forever pt 1.16
an ideas friends ??

Al credit to ytumas for this guide to return to lower version software on the Sat and 4K
Hello everyone, I will explain how to return to a lower FW PT, we have to have a USB properly formatted in FAT32, then we put the FW PT that we want, it is also valid to install the original v.7.00, I have not tried with lower ones.
1. Format a USB to FAT32.
2. Rename the software to "update.bin" and copy to the USB. (in my case I have put UPDATE.BIN in uppercase).
3. With the Viark completely disconnected from the power supply, we insert the front USB.
4. Connect the power supply and press (hold down) the POWER button on the front of the receiver.
5. The letters USB will appear and without stopping pressing the POWER button, we wait until the letters "-ES-" appear (it takes a while) on the display, at that moment we release it and the recovery will begin, we must wait for it to do all the sequence and leave it until the deco restarts
Note: if the recovery fails, try several more times, as it sometimes fails.
