Hi Kippysat
There are no regular biss channels on the sats you have mentioned that are not clearing with the key updates but thanks for offer to check them out. A couple of channels on 4.9e and 3e only clear the with keys added manually
they are 4.9e XSport 11766H 30000 and 3e Al Ahad 11692H 2962 so not sure if anyone can clear them on biss au with this latest patch as stated previously does not work for me.
Hi Coastman,
Apologies for the delay in replying to this post with some results, but I have been quite busy with work.
So I did manage to test the BISS AU on 7E and 3E eventually. Here are the results of my testing along with
explanation of what happened. I have included lots of pictures to demonstrate the transponders that were
found and the results. Please excuse the number of pictures, there are a lot.
Just to confirm, this testing was done on a TM 5402 M4 with the May 17th 2023 patch and my box being SP1 enabled.
7E - BISS AU Test Results
10762 - V - Updated keys and cleared - please see attached picture - The sport is Ice Hockey
11689 - V - Updated keys and cleared - see picture - AVA channel
3E - BISS AU Test Results
TM - Blind Scan -------- KingOfSat
11651 - H
11655 - H 11654 - H (2M Mena, etc)
11670 - H
11674 - H
11694 - H (Service-1) 11690 - H (Al Ahad)
Curiously, the TPs with BISS are listed as 11654 - H and 11690 - H on KingOfSat. However, you will see from my
pictures that the numbers differ slightly on the TM Blind Scan. I am sure that the channels are correct and one of
them as per picture 11694 is actually AL-Ahad. Also, you will see in the picture that the scan did not label the
channel as Al-Ahad, but as Service-1. The reason I know it's Al-Ahad is that I checked the for channel on 7W/8W
on another box and the same screenshots were appearing and the channel name was Al-Ahad.
The blind scan produced lots of other channels as I had a clear bleed into the 1.9E Bulgaria Sat, so just ignore those channels.
I did the BISS testing twice. I did it firstly by simply blind scanning and then watching the channel eventually clear
after about 10 to 20 seconds. The second type of test was updating the Patch and BISS menus to remove the keys
completely, as you can see in the pictures.
Even after removing the keys, the box rescanned and then was able to update and clear the channel.
Thus, it does appear that the BISS AU is working on the TM 5402 M4 with the May 17th patch. Being SP1 registered
shouldn't make a difference as that is related to FS, but it is a point worth noting.
PS: Forgot to say that this was a 80cm dish with an Inverto Black Ultra twin lnb.
