it does not work on days it works on a 24hr clock and starts from the time of your first download, so if you downloaded 3 attachments within 6 hours you have another 18 hours to complete your downloads for that 24 hours, if you have reached your maximum downloads, then you will have to wait until your 24hrs have run out to start again.
