I know but for some reason I can only open BWTV.

This is what I am doing, going to C drive in to the ALT DVB folder locate powervu.ini right click and select edit select 7 with 7 being s*s
Starting Alt DVB select the channel got strong signal but still black.

Here -

if anyone has a spare time:

receiver (dreambox, etc.) -> UDP transmission TS -> tsdecrypt -> VLC stream or locally at the receiver

The source of the CAS to change the DES and connect with oscam-emu
https://github.com/gfto/tsdecrypt

This is just one of the simple solutions

I think you are saying that but just to re-enforce.

receiver (dreambox, etc.) -> UDP transmission TS -> ts decrypt-modified for the use of DES instead of CSA-> VLC stream or locally at the receiver

I think your are saying that when you write "The source of the CAS to change the DES".

This is a nice setup, because you may not need Windows device. I think you can compiled all this to run in almost anything, Linux, ARM even on a Cellphone.

I did mate no errors found. I am totally lost as to why no powervu channels on 4.8e opens for me.

I have the same problem I tested other channels and they were ok

I can open bwtv on 13e and AFN channels on 9e but not the sis on 4.8e ones
