i am using 3601HD_23_01_2013_0F1C firmware on Skybox F5 i want to load new and last firmware on F5 but i don't know what is last firmware? thank you

Hi JAKITAKI thank you for answer and i found this firmware SKYBOX_F5_20130501.zip 2013-05-04 is this currect and last firmware for F5

Openbox X5

Hi guys
anybody know how to programme a favourite list with this new type of box. I can not find where to name a favourite list and and where to sort channels within a favourite list !:confused:

I see a newer version of firmware is available to be downloaded from the FTP server off the Internet. It is called
KD_P9000E_HD build:30/04/2013 14:25:17
What do you think guys, is it any good ?

i am still using 3601HD_23_01_2013_0F1C i did put this update SKYBOX_F5_20130501.zip to usb and i did upgrade via usb it did not apply.. i can't upgrade with SKYBOX_F5_20130501.zip i don't know why i found it a skybox/openbox web site.. there are two firmware also f5loader prog for F5 there one. 23_01_2013 and 2th 20130501. but as said can't upgrage via usb..

Instructions

MY EROM FOLDER WAS ON MY DESKTOP

1.Connect your RS232 LEAD to the SKYBOX F3

2.Now select corresponding port on the erom software.

3.Press upgrade & select the skybox f3.abs enclosed in the erom folder.

4.Switch off the SKYBOX F3 at the rear of the box.

5.Now press "NEXT" then turn the box on at the back you will now see "Com Port OK and the blue bar start to fill up"

6.The loader will now start loading slowly. (allow the firmware time to load even if it hangs at the end wait for completion and it will reboot once completed)

If it fails to start loading,turn the box off via the rear power switch & again press "NEXT" then turn the reciever back on,it may take several times before the box starts to load the firmware.

i watch at youtube..it show that using .bin file to recovery skybox...not the abs file..where i can find the .bin file?

Hi!

i am sorry to steal your time with this message but i am a novice at iptv.

I live in Costa Rica, you think if i purchased a Open box machine i could access the list of channels you have attached from costa rica by just connecting the openbox to the ethernet...hence wihtout using its satellite capabilities?

Well I don't know why admin deleted my post coz it is very important to explain why whole menu - access to cccam etc didn't work.
