It does not work, on Merlin OE2.0+ Gemini Blue Panel looks the folder structure different, than in your archive:

On DM800 openpli 4.0 I can get AFN channels on 9 East and Discovery channels on 4.8 East. Are there any more available channels on 4.8 East with oscamemu?

well i installed an .ipk file of oscam 11086, it showed oscam in my cams menu, I then replaced the files with the one from engineerkhan and still dosent work on dm800hd and open pli 2.0 maybe it dosent work with this configuration!

How so? Post one only gives the link to the OSCAM and tells you how to configure the EMM file. Okay.. What firmware do i install on my DM800HD? How do i get the OSCAM onto the DreamBox? I did NOT see any of these details??

It is very noticeable you do not know anything about dreambox,this is why those details are not there.
ANYONE that has a dreambox knows about images and emus and plugins,and knows how to load them.
I recomend you to read the dreambox section,so you get acquainted with the box.
You do need to start from scratch,know your box,if clone or original,look for images that match your box or you might brick it,learn how to install packages and plugins,images.
All this information WILL NOT BE HERE IN THIS THREAD because is about powervu emu,stay on topic,please
