how to get updates sky uk card

Thank you Guli for all your time and posts they have proven very useful and I now have oscam and cccam running well.

I am still a little confused with c and f lines regarding getting emm's from one of my peers. These are the lines we have, are they correct?

My config lines:

F: user1 user1_pass 2 1 1 { 0:0:1 }
C: hissite.no-ip.biz 1955 user2 user2_pass yes { 0:0:2 }

Peers lines

F: user2 user2_pass 2 1 0 { 0:0:1 }
C: mysite.no-ip.biz 12000 user1 user1_pass yes {0:0:2 }

here are some variations of C & F lines .

Example of a C & F line :

C: dnsaddress port username password no
F: username password

some examples of good settings for C & F lines :

C: dns add port user pass no

for say family members only local card + no reshare

C: dns add port user pass yes
F: user pass 0 0 1 { 0:0:1 }

+ emm to update your card
for say family members only local card + no reshare

+ reshare from your reshare only to watch ( hop2 )

this gives your peer 1 reshare from your card .
only the peer to whom you gave your line to can use it .

you will get emm to update card .
this gives your peer 1 reshare from your card .
only the peer to whom you gave your line to can use it .

C: dns add port user pass yes

+ reshare from your reshare only to watch ( hop2 )
you will get emm to update card .
this gives your peer 1 reshare from your card .

the best setting i have found for exchanging with outsiders + 1 reshare is

C: dns add port user pass no
F: user pass 1 0 0 { 0:0:2 } { } { } dns add of peer

access to your reshare to watch only ( hop2 )
no update of emm
1 reshare for peer
only the peer to whom you gave your line to can use it .

ECM = "Entitlement Control Message", Entitlement Check, that will ask your card, if you have official card.

CW = "Control Word", If ECM is OK, then card gives this as an answer to unlock ( i mean decode ).

EMM = "Entitlement Management Message", Card Update signals ( as digital scrambled data ) for official card.

PID and SID are about mpeg data stream, tell's which ecm will be used and which channel in stream etc.

dreambox 800 hd se clone with blackhole 1.7.0
i did try your config,have switeched to oscam 6306 cccam 2.1.3 in seperate cams and also combined oscam6306/cccam2.1.3.As i could not get to open webbrowser.so i start oscam then cccam and then switch to combined.my problem is now
1.clients cant connect to oscam

I did open the ports in my router
what more should i check?

Have you added 256 @ the end of the N line ? . If you are using CCcam & issuing C lines then your peers will be connecting to CCcam not oscam .

Are you using the card internally ? . As from the log it does not say anything about the card being initialised .

but cant see in users that its connected.it says offline.
but you can also issue N lines?

from what i can see your card is not being read mate . is the upper slot /dev/sci0 ?

if you are using the exact configs i gave then use this in oscam.server

mhz = 375
cardmhz = 375

instead of 600 in both . i would suggest you use a smargo to read your card with your dm800se as it's probably a clone .

as these clones are not very reliable with reading the cards & sometimes can burn the card .

once you restart oscam apart from the log's you've shown do you have other's , if so show them .

Ubuntu Unstable SkyUK Oscam 1.20 #6596

Hi

These are my following settings for Oscam (only) on PC Linux using Ubuntu. I use a Phoenix Smartmouse reader. These are the settings I use. The problem I am having is, Sky Sports 4 is not clearing. Also when I get automatic updates on my pc, do I need to do the updates or will it affect the server?..I have checked the card in the original Sly box and it clears Sky Sports 4. Also what do I need to do so the card updates entitlements automatically?

What do you mean you block all emm? I finally got sky sports 4 working, it was the ECMwhitelist that was incorrect. By changing it to the correct list it cleared, the ecmwhitelist i used was

im having no luck at all with my cuberevo / ipbox 9000.
where can i buy a reciever and which reciever with already pre-programmed info in it, eg plug and play with hopefully auto updates and any necassary card / cards.
im situated south yorkshire uk. oh and i have 1.8mtr motorised dish so not just uk but 45w to 42eat
any help will be most appreciated .

all looking good but could do with a few adjustments such as you need to put the ident + ecmwhitelist in oscam.server .

put this in :

also you could put the ident in oscam.user .try leaving it overnight on sky1 .

You do not need to turn off the emm updates in reality but if you did then this is what you need to do .

Now restart oscam for this to take effect .
