I don't think you can call it "faster". Proper software should load/find a key within one second (at least on modern hardware).

No you need to use TSWriter, should be under Modules > TSWriter2.

It would be the same as if you run the cw finder and enter the same values as start and end. Awful long time...
It might be a bit faster though. As I see this program works...
However such a file would be HUGE too...
