Cuberevo Error "ER10" When tring to flash Any advise??

Hi All

I have just got a new cuberevo and tring to flash the box as per http://www.sat-universe.com/showthread.php?t=133038
but not having much luck.

I am switching the box off with the USB cable connected then pressing Power on the box and Up Arrow on the remote that gets me into the USB UPGRADE which I see on the front on the box I then get ER10 on the box and am unable to flash it.

I can FTP on to the box if that helps

Any ideas anyone

I was formating in FAT32 but changed it to FAT16 and work like a charm.

Is there any thing else to to with this 'NLB 9580'??

Is there any thing else I need to do with step 1)
All I did was format my USB stick and copied the file on renamed it and flashed the box. When it said DOne I switched the box off and booted up fine.

Am I missing anything??

This is where I got the file!!
1) Install DGS based software into flash using 'Flashtools program'
for ease of use we will use 'NLB 9580'

Am I correct in assuming that I can use the usb stick for all my flashing on the box??
