Chek that you have select right com port and that you have a null modem cable

Yes i have a selected port com 1 & have a RS 232 Cable, but it dosent work

yes first make sure option given @xtrue and try your cable with other stb...
then try this...

cable have to be
2--3
3--2
5--5
7--8
8--7
also try open the pc--stb loader find your frimware and load then power off the receiver ( from back switch)select your com port then switch on the receiver upload will start if dosent upload try again the same think 2 more time

How can i check the cable , i purchased a new RS 232 cable

technosat 6700p stuck on zero

Happy new year to every one to sat-universe members.
I need help fo r my technosat 6700p model. I tried all the software i can find in this forum and other forums to bring that box in working . when i put any software in that box it get stuck on zerro i could swith off&on the box from remote control. I go to manu and serch, the next page comes up but i can not do any thing after that . the box go to freeze. I only have to swith off from main socket.
Any advice............
