A8P Sim Is It Worth Upgrading To ? My Thoughts !

Okay..

About to replace a 2.1 SIM with an A8P

Currently has Ferret's backup open pli 2 image, I want to put open pli 3 original image on

So... do I

- install the original image with 2.1 SIM still in, in the usual way via web browser
- power off at 100%
- replace SIM
- power on

?

worked first time - that's a first for me !

now I have a spare 2.1 SIM... if anyone wants it let me know before it gets put in the bin

Hi any time I need to flash my box with original image I have to take of a8p sim from box and to put sim2.1 and after flashing to put it again a8p sim right?

No

Once you have swapped out your sim2 for a8p with the method in this thread the first time, you then just flash original images to it.

sir plz help me I have installed this image LT-OE-2.0-Sunray-sr4-image-trialtuner2.0b-a8p-
sim-by-sat4fun on my sunray4 HD se sima8p through this Dreamup v1.3.3.9 after successful update my box show on front display dhcp

you just use original images, providing your receiver came pre flashed with the A8P inserted when you purchased it, then you can just flash any original image,
if you have just purchased just the sim you have to flash an original image whilst your old sim is in the box, after its flashed switch off and swap the sim for the A8P then reboot and all should be good.

sir I buy this box with a8p sim triple tuner and internal WiFi two day ago today I flashed this box when flashed successful I disconnect my and again power on but it shows on front display frist boot after dhcp ****stop**** only plz help me
I flashed this IMG LT-
OE-2.0-Sunray-sr4-image-trialtuner2.0b-a8p-
sim-by-sat4fun with dream up 1.3.3.9

you will need to use dreamup or sunray flashup make sure your lan cable is connected aswell here is a tutorial http://www.sat-universe.com/showthread.php?t=211783
if you do not get a virtual com port when you connect the usb lead to your pc/laptop you will have to install the drivers from that post in the link.

and if your sure its an A8P sim an original image should work, if its a sim 2.01 then you need an image for that sim.

yes sir it original sim a8p I checked it it worked fine before but when I flash it with this IMG LT-
OE-2.0-Sunray-sr4-image-trialtuner2.0b-a8p-
sim-by-sat4fun and yes I connected it when flashed successfully updated through dreamup 1.3.3.9 after I disconnect dreamup and exit it shows error which i mentioned above sorry for bad english

sir when I on sunray4hd se frist it shows dhcp boot#84 after dhcp ***stop****then nothing but if I press mini flash button after on box it show no ca found please sir help me
