Personally, I would use a TBS6903 and not the TBS6903x.
The speed of the blind scan in Windows with a TBS6903x is slow

What makes you think a TBS6903 card will have reduced latency compared to an Ericsson RX8200?
If you consider the process in getting pictures from both options:

1. The RX8200 will output direct to an SDI monitor or to a TV using an SDI to HDMI converter.
2. The TBS6903 needs to send the RF signal to an app which onward streams to VLC for viewing. This can add sub second latency, depending on how the app and VLC are configured.

The advantage of the 6903 card is that is has blind scan functionality which is absent from an RX8200
The 6903 card in a PC might also be easier to use, an RX8200 has no onscreen menus and no remote control handset.

Yes, EBSPro is OK.

I installed the TBS 6903 card but its got the yellow exclamation icon in device manager after installing the software. Anyone have the same issue?

A yellow exclamation mark shows up in Device Manager.
Solution: The driver is not installed properly, is corrupted or has experienced some conflict.
This issue can be fixed by uninstalling the driver ,
Your TBS6903 box should have included the driver Disc ?
They always package that Disc included try running the Disc or go to TBS webpage do not use drivers uploaded random on the net : )

Hi Buddy, yes its related to the drivers, but it didn't come with drivers just a sticker directing me to their site to download the drivers

also i see the following message

Hi, im having trouble setting up EBS pro to run with VLC and also using BISS keys, if anyone with experience could spare some time to give me a demonstration setting up (can provide access via any desk to my machine) i would be happy to pay for your time.

I have a 1.3m dish with a monoblock one pointing to 7e and the other to 10e.

I would to be able to view football matches with lowest latency.

JUST ADD 3 ZERO'S At the end ....

11000 H 4937
would be 11000000 H 4937

same for example 12735 V 7500
would be 12735000 v 7500

its simple but i guess not very obvious when doing it for the first time : )
