nstream xml file updates chatting here

there is current down links originally from server , this is temporary situation (eg:initial chs links) but th rest is ok , it will resume working again due to some changes or maintainance in the server or it may needs updates , lets see

i will not update nstream.xml anymore , look for better alternative , check iptv plugins
