PowerVu Chat [only chat, don‘t post keys here]

For some reason i just manage to make it stable.

What i did is i added LAV Video Decoder and LAV Audio Decoder as default video and audio codec.

and run AltDvb as Administrator and Disable Desktop Composition

Im running Win7 64bit by the way.

Why not..4.8°E 12322-V-27500 // (Discovery-Networks) ??

4.8°E 12303-H-25546 // (Arqiva) ..and more packages..

Have you tried to change the DEFAULT_PROV on PowerVu.ini?

you have to config that manually according to what provider you want to watch.

Kindly check the .ini file

I wish I can watch it too... but I haven't got satellite card and with vPlug Server it doesn't work... yet...

There are about 16 packages opened..
You can find a list of the packages in the ini file..ok? and every package has a rank.
But,when you want to watch a package,you must edit the ini file and put the suitable number of the package and save..
Look at the snapshot..Now,I am watching package n.5 ..I didn't read your problems well,but this may help..:thum:

AltDVB, I think "D: \" I should install.

C: \ under not work out why? I went I did not understand.

Please,uninstall it from roots.
install it again on C Driver directly.
I want you install the version I put today.But,u must disable your antivirus before so you will be able to set up it correctly.

So, what DVB programs does it work on then?

I will try this tomorrow if feeling well enough.

Would be nice if someone wrote a short FAQ on how to get it working quickly without reading every post here.

Master, "install and remove" I'm tired of vallaha, billaha.

One person for me, if sends the AltDVB folder, I'll be happy.

If possible, the "C: \" under work.

Today,I tried to upload the altdvb folder but my weak net prevents me....I will do that later..

If someone have problem freeze, stop etc please use this altdvb

I have problems with HD channels...Lav is shown in dvbdream but not found on Altdvb

then follow these steps

I installed Altdvb Star Edition II :thum: in E drive

so all you can do is selecting any Drive you like C,D,E,F,G etc

and when following my procedure if the same Drive as me then OK if not CHANGE ONLY LETTER E WITH THE DRIVE LETTER YOU SELECT

after installing this version

delete all plugins and leave only vplug folder here
E:\ALT-DVB STAR\Plugins\Av0

delete this file FFDecsa.dll from here
E:\ALT-DVB STAR\Devices

now copy this file CSA.dll here
E:\ALT-DVB STAR\Devices

and copy this file PowerVU.ini here
E:\ALT-DVB STAR

and copy this file PowerVu.mdl here
E:\ALT-DVB STAR\Plugins\Av0\vPlug\vModules

now you have to edit this file PowerVU.ini so the vplug could connect to it by opening PowerVU.ini
and I should change the old line ==> DLL_DIR=D:\AltDvb\Devices\CSA.dll
to my new location here
DLL_DIR=E:\ALT-DVB STAR\Devices\CSA.dll

finally if I want to watch channels on 9E I do this
open this file PowerVU.ini from here
E:\ALT-DVB STAR
then I put number 1 here
DEFAULT_PROV=1

and do the same for all SAT channels by changing the number of the DEFAULT_PROV to the number of the channel package

To avoid freezing and flashing on powerVU channels
