why hd channels are not working?

all hd channels not working but normal channel its ok, I dont know why?

you posted this question in the SD Section not HD section, i take it you have an HD box what satellite and channels are you talking about,have you manually scanned the satellite or added pet settings ????

i've got DM500hd and download astra2 28.2e only hd not work

go to menu setup/sevice searching/manual scan/single satellite

make sure its says 28.2east and press ok,this way it should find all the channels from your own LNB & Dish

when I did it I've got only 300 channels.

download the new satellite xml for 28.2 east below unzip and ftp it to the etc/ folder and overwrite your own then reboot then rescan

some image the satellite.xml file could be in usr/etc/tuxbox just overwrite then reboot and scan afterwards,if it dont find all the channels afterwards your dish is out or there is something up with your tunner

Download this list for your Dm500HD extract from zip file
Use DreamSet or Dreambox Edit channel editor to send channel list to your box
