Why are Valid Points classed as Spam!!

My last post was deleted because it was classed as Spam.
The only referral to Spam in the rules are:
"Do not spam the board with useless posts just to boost your post count."
I have no reason to boost my post count on this forum and I was under the impression that "Free Speech" was allowed and I could post my point of view provided I was not rude etc.
I do not like Golf and I think that it is not a sport and that is MY point of view and I was not rude etc in my post but making my point which I consider was not Spam unless someone can tell me to the contrary.

News Sections are Not chat sections i dont think you fully understand the general purpose for news sections on this forum and other forums i regularly see members getting banned for posting in News topics ,

your post was not really relevant to the topic posted either and served no realistic purpose either im very surprised that you would even feel angry about that ?

which is why we have chat sections such as this section to post various chat posts and topics that you can raise all you wish please consider this in future and please only make comments in correct sections and not in New sections ,
this will go a long way to help solve your anger issues i feel .
we do not stop Free speech only spam messages in order to not have forum filled with useless nonsense .
You may not like Golf but many other users can be offended by such posts so please be considerate and polite when posting which i dont dissagree at all you have been .

I cannot see anywhere in the News section that posts "No Chat" if there was I would have posted elsewhere, my comments were refereeing to that subject that was posted.
