I think you needed antibiotics if it still hurts because there must be an infection. Usually when a tooth is extracted the pain lasts a couple of days but then its ok. Usually when there is still pain its because its inflammed. I think you ought to speak to your dentist again. Hope you feel better soon Take care

its just fine......actually is a good exercise to keep them in a good shape...

i know what you mean judith....but this is not my case....if it was infected then i will be swollen or even some fever....but i dont....what happen is that we didnt x-ray to see how was that root and my root was a big one and it wasnt straight it was kind of bend.... so all of that pulling out got hurt my gum....they check me out yesterday and its ok...it will take some time to heal....
