who do i change between tuner A and B

hi all
have just got my VU+DUO and i cannot find out how to change between tuner A or B
i have them setup in the config
i have read the manual that came with it and still can not find out how to change tuners

You don't manually switch as such it automatic !

Tell us what you have dish and motors wise and we can try explain.

i have a motor and dish on tuner A which can see 28degs east to 30 degs west
and have a fixed on 28degs east
i have put a tvlist from my dm800 into the VU+
hope this helps you put me on the right track

OK mate

Well you have it setup correctly.

What will happen and since your fixed dish is at 28e we will use that as a example.

Say you watching BBC HD on tuner A but you also want to record ITV HD. As soon as the timer kicks in then Tuner B will become active a record ITV HD as the VU knows Tuner is busy. If your dish is pointed at 13 east and tuner b is busy with a record and you want to watch something else on 28e the dish will move it wont stop the recording on 28e.

It does this automatically so no setting up is required does this answer your question?

That is the same setup as me, may i add if you are watching 13e via the motorized dish, and then zap to a 28e chan it will automatically use the fixed dish. So no waiting
