and try some satellites until you get Azimuth (true): 180.0° or near it . There you will have your middle satellite position .

As indicated above.
Check the longitude for your dish location and use the satellite closest to that.
For the UK, the common satellites would be one of the cluster around 0.6W to 0.8W and perhaps 3W if you were in a more westerly location in the UK.
If you are in Suffolk I suppose 1.9E might be used?
