which tspanel

anybody know which tspanel is compatable with this image, DreamEliteBH_133D-DM800HD-SIM210-SSL84-drhg...have tried a few versions getting errors on downloading mipsel.ipk

Install one of the ealier versions and then update it to the latest once installed.
