You need CIRCULAR lnb (of course). But its still in Ku-Band not C-Band.

A.1 wicardd A2 36e and 56e working / opening Channels A3 yes Windows pc working but you must use wicardd pc vercion server and acamd client working Local system

Wicard Support Windows XP sp3 not problem and what is your tv card name
