S*Y UK: Because they are a bunch of money grabbing S**TS. Charge you a subscription for sports channels and then add on extra for football matches.

Best thing that ever happened was when they lost a court case to stop foreign channels selling subscriptions in the UK to broadcast Premiership matches. Now every Pub and Club is getting the foreign channels in!!

Sky Uk is cracked on Cable here in Dublin, but i'd love to see Nova Greece &/or DigitalB get cracked for the premiership starting again in August!

All will do but in case this will never happen maybe UK SKY will be ideal even withour any ppv as this seems to be crap.

Sky Scrapped Extra Charges for football matches a year ago ie at the beginning of this 2007/08 season as Setanta won the rights to 2 of the 6 packages offered by the FA Premier League (Sky won the other 4 and no games were PPV all were on their ordinary Sky Sports Channels!)

And if you think Sky are bad you should try Setanta's service, charge you for matches they screen in cropped 4:3 that are available FTA in 16:9 elsewhere (DSF Sports etc..). A mickey mouse operation if ever ther was one, hope Sky win all 6 packages next time they are offered by the FA Prem Lge.
